我用的是64位Win7，会不会跟这个有关呢？看起来怎么给时间间隔给了个0，报了个异常

为什么要设置成0？不知道是用来做什么的话不要轻易改设置。

你既然允许设置成0 ，我设置了就不应该出异常，要么就不允许设置成0，不应该这样么？
