进不了软件

为什么 双击助手，老是进不了软件，，最后弹出一个框提示无法完成初始化，自动诊断出了一个报告在桌面

我的订票助手也是  已登录就提示“线程异常”  然后就自动退出了   重启 退出一直循环  根本不能用了  我的自动更新了最新的版本
