Minor Update
This version is built by Visual Studio 2013, tested in Windows 8.1 where MS Internet Explorer 11 was installed.
Thats the specialty about this version.
Other than that, 2 minor bugs has been fixed along with 2 little features added.

Implemented Features
186 : Need more properties for FTPSettings like Port Number, Active / Passive Connection Mode
189 : Need API to determine if Vertical and Horizontal Scrollbars are Enabled or not.

Resolved Bugs
254 : Ftp Upload Async method's status changed event is fired from worker thread, therefore UI cannot be updated from that event.
255 : Context menu options for Table manipulation does not show up if the row contains <th> instead of <td>.
