和我的情况一样，看来XP系统最终有被淘汰的趋势，我换成WIN7就可以更新，打不开后需更新.NET

Win10 64位。在软件主页下载的最新程序；或者从qq群众获取的最新程序。安装后提示还是1.25版本，提示更新，而且无法登陆12306账号。
公司的电脑，没有管理权限，无法使用自动更新，会被策略组拒绝。
